Electronic combustion control (ECC)
A tiled stove or fireplace must be heated correctly. The wood may be not too damp or consist
of large logs. Proper ventilation is especially important during the burning process. The
settings are usually adjusted manually. If the combustion air is not clean, the negative effects
of incomplete combustion will manifest themselves: heavy soot on the glass, bad odours
outdoors and increased wood requirements and operating costs. ECC (electronic combustion
control) helps prevent this. With over 15,000 Brunner stove control units sold since their
launch 20 years ago, this technology has established and proven itself for tiled stoves. As a
general rule, all our fireplaces are designed so that they can be fitted with a stove control. The
ECC control panel regulates all of the settings for heating needs.
