Marvo Racines Wood-burning stoves

Wood-burning stove, fireplace
Wood-burning stoves, or fireplaces, are distinguished by their ability to quickly heat large spaces in a short time and lower heating bills, which considering the current price of oil and gas is a welcome side-effect. A wood-burning stove is ecologically operated using wood or wood briquettes: there is also specially designed firewood for use with this type of stove.
The wood-burning stove is used as permanently-burning stove, i.e. following lighting the stove should be repeatedly fed with wood at intervals of 30-60 minutes. This makes it somewhat of an effort to run, while wood consumption may be higher compared to a tiled stove or storage heating stove.
